New National Electricity and Renewable Energy Control Center
Starting in January 2021, Telecom Enterprise actively participated in the New National Energy Control Center Project. Our primary responsibility was to provide a highly reliable and available Voice Solution that was specifically tailored to meet the customer's unique requirements. To achieve this, our dedicated team skillfully integrated and consolidated a significant portion of the Atos Unify Portfolio, allowing us to successfully deliver the project. After months of diligent work, in October 2023, we accomplished the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for all the project sites. This marked a significant milestone, indicating the successful implementation and validation of our Voice Solution across the designated locations.
CBE Emergency Hotline
In 2018, the Telecom Enterprise collaborated with Telecom Egypt on the CBE Emergency hotline project, wherein we implemented a system for swift response across 28 police dispatch centers.
General Motors
In September 2023, our team successfully upgraded GM's voice system, allowing them to transition to the latest state-of-the-art software and endpoints while still utilizing their existing devices. This upgrade enhances their communication capabilities, improves productivity, and ensures compatibility with modern technology. Ongoing support and maintenance are provided to ensure GM's continued success with the upgraded voice system.
Atomic Energy Authority
In January 2021, our team deployed a customized SMB voice solution for the Atomic Energy Authority. This solution addressed their specific communication needs and provided enhanced capabilities. We ensured seamless integration with their existing infrastructure, resulting in improved operational efficiency. The Atomic Energy Authority now has a reliable and feature-rich communication system to support their critical operations. Ongoing support and maintenance are provided to ensure its smooth functioning.
Suez Cement
For three years, Telecom Enterprise has been entrusted with the task of servicing and maintaining the voice systems for three factories of Suez Cement. This long-term partnership has allowed us to showcase our expertise in providing reliable and efficient communication solutions. Our dedicated team has consistently worked to ensure the smooth functioning and optimal performance of the voice systems across the factories. We have implemented proactive maintenance practices, conducted regular inspections, and promptly addressed any technical issues that arose.

For over 5 years, Telecom Enterprise has been entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining and servicing the PBX, CCTV, and Access Control systems at the Belgian Embassy in Egypt.
